Description

4TX0487 General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for Leased Office Space in Anahuac, Texas Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 8, 292 rentable square feet yielding approximately 7,210 usable square feet of office and related space to be occupied by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The space should have 2,300 square feet for interior vehicle storage and 4,910 for office and related space. The Government is seeking expressions of interest for both build to suit and existing facilities. It will be left up to the discretion of the Government which direction will be taken. The Government will choose to evaluate either build to suit or existing facilities; not a combination of both. Location: Offered properties must be within the following boundaries: I ? 10 to the North East Galveston Bay to the South State Highway 124 and Winnie to the East Anahuac/Trinity Bay to the West Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm (negotiable if build to suit). Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about 9/1/05 and is not negotiable. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for as is space and any standard TIs offered. Written responses are required no later than January 20, 2005; verbal responses will not be considered.
