Description

The Bureau of Land Management, New Mexico State Office, Acquisition Support Center intends to negotiate a sole-source award to MCB Enterprises of Albuquerque, New Mexico for the renewal of an existing security and fire alarm system for the Albuquerque Unit Field Office located at 435 Montano Road NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107. By the guidelines prescribed under FAR Part 6.302-1, this contracting office believes that MCB Enterprises is the only one responsible source and that no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements at this time. Any change or modification in the current security and fire alarm system could delay or altogether cease the required services resulting in serious injury to the government. Any firm that believes they can satisfy the government requirement described herein is encouraged to submit a written response containing at a minimum the firms name, contact information, and supporting evidence thereof. Written response on company letterhead must be received in this office within 10 days of this announcement's transmission date. NAICS is 561621 with a small business size standard of $10.5M.
