Description: The Goverment intends to award a sole source modification to extend the current Military Family Housing Maintenance contract 6 months, for the period 1 April - 30 September 2005. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform Military Family Housing Maintenance. Services provided include Maintenance Management, Service Calls, Change of Occupancy Maintenance, Government Cleaning, Major Painting, Major Floor Replacement, Carpet Repair and Replacement, Lead Based Paint Abatement, Asbestos Abatement, and Lockouts/Housing Key Control.
