Description: The VAMC Dayton intends to negotiate directly with W.L. Gore Medical Products for a consignment agreement to provide vascular implants. VA anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. The contract will be for one year from date of award, with (2) one-year option years for a total contract period not to exceed three (3) years. This notice is NOT a request for proposals or quotes. Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the government?s requirement with a commercial item by January 21, 2005.
