- SPECIAL NOTICE The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source purchase order firm-fixed price type to: Northrop Grumman Computing Systems, Inc. 11215 Outlet Drive Knoxville, TN. 37922. This is for a maintenance on 0001) Timberline T/L Cartridge Subsystem 2-DRV (4). 0002) Timberline 4 x CSL Tape Subsystem (2). The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This procurement is not set-aside for small business.
