Description: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Proquest Information and Learning Company for a multi-site license to ABI Complete (Dateline, Global, Trade & Industry), Health and Medical Complete, National Newspapers 5, and Pharmaceutical News Index, for the period of twelve (12) months (January 2005 through December 2005). (ii) This is not a request for quotes; however, sources may submit descriptive literature which fully demonstrates their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency.
