- This amended is being issued to reflect that the maximum quantities will be increased for all option years not just option year two. Contract 0600-02-60031 was awarded on June 1, 2002 to Martin Koretzky. Ph.D., 10751 Falls Road, Suite 439, Lutherville, MD 21093. This contract provides Medical Consultant services in the specialty of Psychology. Currently the maximum quantity for this indefinite quantity contract is 1170 hours. It is the intent of SSA to modify the maximum quantity to 1800 hours for all remaining option years. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers.
