Description: Numbered Note 22. The Florida National Guard is seeking sources for drug identification reference books. These reference books will be used in conjunction with a course focused on drug investigation. It should reference all known drugs, whether ge neric, brand name, over the counter, perscription, controlled, etc. It should show color pictures and give background information including street (slang) names, packaging, paraphernalia, etc. Purchases of these books is made using procedures found in Fe deral Acquisition Regulation Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), considering price, and contents of the book as it pertains to the requirements of training requirements.
