Description

9. DESCRIPTION: The Commander, U.S. Army Garrison (USAG), Public Affairs Office (PAO), Fort Huachuca, will issue, on or about 7 January 2005, a solicitation for a no-cost contract, for the publishing of Civilian Enterprise (CE) Unofficial Installation Guides, CE Unofficial Telephone Directories, CE Unofficial combined Guides and Telephone Directories (printed and CDROM versions), and CE Unofficial Maps. Procurement of the publications will be in accordance with DoD Instruction 5120.4. The Government anticipates but does not guarantee, the requirement for 500 CE Unofficial Installation Guides, 4,000 CE Unofficial Telephone Directories, 5,500 printed and 4,000 CDROM versions of the CE Unofficial Guide and Telephone Directory, and 25,000 CE Unofficial Maps for the base year. Quantities are anticipated to be unchanged through the anticipated base and four option year contract. Interested offerors should provide point of contact information with full mailing, electronic mail, and telephone and facsimile numbers.
