Description: F--101815Q161--NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SINGLE SOURCE AWARD TO GREAT BASIN INSTITUTE WHICH IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION PART OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEVADA, RENO. The Institute administers the Nevada Conservation Corps (NCC), a group of student interns whose work projects meet the needs of the communities and public lands of Nevada. Under this procurement the NCC staff will provide restoration crews and biological interns to complete work specified in the Burned Arrea Emergency Stabilization and Rehabilitation (BAER) Plan developed after the Longstreet Fire that burned nearly 1600 acres of the refuge in August, 2004.
