Description

Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Support to Kingdom of Saudia Arabia Logistical, Financial Management, Analysis, and Administrative Support This is a sources sought synopsis. The Air Force Security Center (AFSAC) Saudi Arabian Branch at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base has a requirement to provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. THERE IS NO PROMISE OF A CONTRACT. The support shall be given to Foreign Liaison Officers (FLO) who are active duty military personnel of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The contractor shall provide logistics and financial management and analysis services to the RSAF FLO at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, Tinker AFB, OK, and Robins AFB, GA. The secretarial/administrative support shall be provided at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, Tinker AFB, OK, Robins AFB, GA, and the Royal Saudi Air Force Freight Forwarding office in Wilmington, NC. The contractor shall also document monthly activities and travel may be required. The contractor shall furnish appropriate facilities, supplies, and services for any off-site support related to this effort.
