Applicable documents: Spec/N MIL-L-24223/CA, Spec/N MIL-L-24223C, Type/N LS657/SIC, DSCC (16236) SQAP00-577-1242. Full and Open competition with exclusion of sources applies with First-Article Test (FAT) requirements. Increments solicited: 25-49, 50-99, 100-199, 200-299, and 300-500 units. Unit of issue: each (EA). Destination: Specified on individual delivery orders. Delivery schedule: Specified on individual delivery orders. A 12-month Indefinite Quantity Contract with two (2) 12-month option periods (3-years total) and the possibility of multiple awards is anticipated. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal which shall be considered. See Note(s): 1, 26. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed three (3) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
