Description

The Orthopedics Department at Brooke Army Medical is requesting an Imaging Table System w/accessories:Advanced Control Retractable I Base for a modular table system, radiolucent imaging top w/gimbals, 500 lbs pt weight capacity, pivoting arm board w/2 shearguard pad, cross arm support, clark socket, side rail adapter for orthopedic and imaging top, montreal lateral positioning device, mounting bracket(installed), carrying case for MLPD, 6' form pad, pkg of 3 and extended warranty for the ITS. This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests will not be accepted. Solici tation will be issued on or about 17 December 2004 and will be available at Award will be made on or about 23 December 2004.
