Description

This is only a Sources Sought Announcement and NOT a solicitation. The Southern AZ VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) is seeking Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) sources only (FAR Part 8.4), holding BOTH Schedules: 736 and 621-1 (SINS: 736-1, 736-2, 736-3, 621-027, and 621-051), for the Tucson Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP), located at 3675 East Britannia Drive Tucson, AZ 85706. The Tucson CMOP anticipates the need for Licensed Pharmacists, Certified Pharmacy Technicians, General Clerks III, Material Handler, Production Machinery Mechanic, Janitor, Computer Assistant II, Accounting Clerk II, and Secretary III. The SAVAHCS intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against an FSS Contract for the Tucson CMOP. Contractors shall provide their point(s) of contact name, address, telephone number, and email address; the company's business size, including applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s). This information will be used to develop an FSS vendors list. Any comments provided should not be viewed as a vehicle for presenting a specific proposal, but as an opportunity to improve an eventual solicitation package. This request for information, or "sources sought", shall NOT be construed as a solicitation (or RFP). You must respond in writing via email to paulette.pereira@med.va.gov.
