Item is critical. 100% set-aside for small business, other than full and open competition, 145 DARO, FOB destination, inspection/acceptance at destination. There is a surge requirement. Will result as an IQC, base year + 4 option years. Est. annual qty for the base year is 1285 each and for each option year is 1160 each.
