17. ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISTION SHOULD BE DIRECTED to James Lang Contracting Officer AMSAM-AC-LS-A, NSN: 1615-01-164-3761, P/N: 7-311350014, PRON: AX5F5075AX, Quantity: 35 each, applicable to the AH-64 Apache Helicopter with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This is a l00% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 35 each 345 Days After contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time w ithout First Article Testing is 35 kits 230 days. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described item above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses; therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the dat e of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
