Description: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to establish an award to Beckman Coulter Inc. under FAR Part 13 to provide OEM maintenance and repair services for various Beckman Coulter Medical Equipment. The award will be for the period 1 December 2004 through November 30, 2005. This notice is not a request for quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses received to this notice is solely with the discretion fo the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
