- Fifteen days after publication of this notice, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to issue a purchase order to GMR Research & Technology, Inc. for research which proposes a study of technical developments required for the practical implementation of integrated digitally compensated RF and mixed-signal technologies in support of DARPA?s program on Nonlinear Signal Processing for Wideband High Dynamic Range Systems. GMR Research & Technology, Inc. is uniquely qualified because it has a unique mathematical basis for the process. This order shall be for an amount less than $100,000 and the research to be provided shall take place within a period of six months after issuance of the purchase order. This notice is not a solicitation of any kind, nor is it a request for proposals. The DARPA point of contact, if necessary, is Scott Ulrey, Contracting Officer, at sulrey@darpa.mil.
