Description

The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all lawn maintenance described herein. The Contractor will be required to provide lawn maintenance services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation for the facilities administered by the St. Louis Downtown Field Office, to include as follows: a. Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce St., St. Louis, MO 63103; b. Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse, 111 S. 10th Street, St. Louis, MO 63102; c. Garden and Park, 112 S. 10th Street, St. Louis, MO 63102; d. L. Douglas Abram Federal Building, 1520 Market St., St. Louis, MO 63103 NOTE: The Government guarantees no definite amount of work under this agreement. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) database. Any drawings provided will require completion of the Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidders/Offerors.
