Description

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command plans to Contract for Services to Train members of the Japanese Air Defense Force with revised software to the PDB4 configuration for the operation of the PATRIOT Operator Tactics Trainer (OTT). The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. The U.S. Government does not have Data Rights or there control, therefore they can not be provided to prospective bidders. See note 22. BAE Systems, #65 Spit Brook Rd. Nashua, NH 033061 is the Sole Source with Proprietary Ri ghts to the DATA and the OTT. Potential subcontractors should contact Ms. Tracy L. Vachon (U.S S.S.A.) at FAX (603)855-9027. See Note 26. They are the only source with the technical knowledge, expertise and data to provide the required services. The contr act award may be made as soon as 7 Jan 2005. POC for this action is Mr. Ken Weihs.
