LEASE TERM: 15 years, 10 years firm UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: The GSA has an Assignable Option to Purchase a site of approximately 1.24 acres for this facility. The site shall accommodate the building, visitor and employee parking, building set backs, required security set backs and any required green spaces per the city of Midland. The following space configurations will not be considered: space with atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; extremely long or narrow runs of space; irregularly shaped space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage. Upon completion, the building should be considered as a professional office setting. The Government requires a total of thirty (30) on-site parking spaces ? thirteen (13) spaces shall be designated for employees and seventeen (17) spaces for the visiting public, plus one (1) additional space to be assigned for official use. Normal hours of operation for the agency are 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 2) Any information regarding topography or other influences unique to the site that may affect the layout of the proposed building.
