Description

The United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management - National Business Center (BLM-NBC) has a requirement for an 8(a) contractor to provide finincial, accounting, and administrative, and other support services at the BLM-NBC located on the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, Colorado. The solicitation will be issued as an 8(a) competitive, commercial services, request for proposal, in accordance with FAR part 12 for acquisition of commercial services, and FAR part 19.8 for Contracting with the Small Business Administration 8(a) Program. The contract will be competitively awarded on a firm-fixed price basis, as a five-year commercial services Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a base year and four option years. The estimated annual value of services procured under this contract will be approximately $2.0 Million. The contract will be awarded as a hybrid IDIQ with Task Orders issued on either a Performance-Based, or Labor Hour basis. It is anticipated that a formal announcement and subsequent solicitation will be posted on the federal web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or around December 8, 2004, under document number NAR050003. Interested parties may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation, including the schedule of services, specifications, contract terms and conditions, and other related attachments, by going directly to this site. No hard copies of the Solcitation will be made available. A reading room will be set up at the BLM-NBC, Building 50 Library, for potential offerors to review supporting documentation that may assist them in preparing their offers. Offerors will be permitted to copy any reading room information while on the premises.
