- CONTACT Thomas E. Bifulco, (732) 532-8863. This is a market research to locate additional sources for a Commercial Of The Shelf (COTS) replacement of the C-10273 Dual Capability Servo Control Unit (DCSCU) for X-band antennas used in the AN/TSC-85C an d AN/TSC-93C Tactical Satellite Terminals. The Dual Capability Servo Control Unit controls antenna-pointing angles by means of motor driven actuators. Antenna Control provides three modes of operation: Manual, Acquisition, and Auto track. Semi-automatic sa tellite acquisition is provided. The DCSCU has the capability of operating with the 8, 16 or 20-foot antennas. The DCSCU automatically senses which antenna is present. If any source can provide a form, fit and functionally interchangeable antenna control u nit they must so indicate by e-mail to: Thomas.Bifulco@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. The response MUST include documentation detailing how the repair, testing and acceptance of antenna control unit will be accomplished. The antenna control unit must be form, fit and functionally interchangeable at th e repair level with the C-10273, antenna control unit that is currently in the terminal. The successful supplier will be required to warrant that the antenna control unit will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
