Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation W912LL-05-T-0004 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 25, d ated 11/04/04. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 332322, small business size standard of 500. The North Dakota National Guard is requesting the purchase of four Food Sanitation Centers, NSN 7360-01-277-2558. We will accept quotes for full or partial sanitation centers the partials include all line items except the Modern Burner Unit (NSN 7310-01-452-8137) kits and tents (Tent, Extendable Modular 16x20 utility 8340-01-185-2613 or the Modular General Purpose Tent System type 1 small, green 8340-01-456-3633). Two of the four are to be delivered to the USPFO Warehouse #2, Bldg 6330, ATTN: Kim Swanson, Camp Grafton, 4417 Highway 20, Devils Lake, ND 58301-8500 and the other two are to be delivered to Warehouse #1, 4100 East Divide Avenue, Bismarck, ND 58506 no later than December 31, 2004. Any further questions on this purchase can be requested from 1LT Tracy E. Bridwell at 701-333-2222. Quotes are due in by 11AM central time on December 15, 2004. Offers will be evaluate d as to the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made based on the best value to the Government. All technical evaluation factors other than cost and price, when combined, are significantly less important than pri ce. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (Oct 1995) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any quotation. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (Apr 1998), the clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jun 1998) applies to this acquisition.
