Description

The US Army, Carlisle Barracks, PA has a requirement to construct a recycling area which consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment to construct a pole type canopy and construct a dump site. This includes removing guard rail and posts, chain link fence and post, excavating top soil, installing stone base, binder course and top coat, installing a concrete pad, extending the existing chain link fence and installing new chain link fence and sliding gates. This acquisition is 100% set asid e from small business concerns. The NAICS is 238990; the size standard is $12M average annual receipts for the past three fiscal years.
