- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W912CN-05-T-0065 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and incorporates provisions and claus es those are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. The North American Industry Classification System code is 423430, with a small business standard of 500 employees. The acquisition is a firm-fixed contract to purchase six (6) each LICENS ES AND MAINTENANCE FOR SERVICE MANAGER CONNECTOR, SERVICE MANAGER TO MANAGE SERVICES FROM SPECTRUM SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, APRISMA PART NUMBER: SA-SVC-MGR-CONNECTOR; one (1) each LICENSE AND MAINTENANCE FOR SERVICE MANAGER FOR INFINITY/INTEGRITY SPECTRUM SOFTW ARE SOLUTIONS, APRISMA PART NUMBER: SA-SVC-MGR; fifty (50) each LICENSES AND MAINTENANCE FOR SPECTRUM SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS iAGENT, SYSTEMS AND APPLICATION MONITORING AGENT, APRISMA PART NUMBER: SX-iAGENT with delivery to Fort Shafter, Hawaii. The provisio ns at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, apply. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items . Evaluation will be based on price. GSA Contract quotes offered shall include GSA contract information of GSA contract date, number and SIN. Aw ard will be made to the responsible offeror on the basis of the lowest evaluated price with acceptable past performance and ability to meet the delivery schedule. The government may award a contract based on initial offers received, without discussion of such offers; therefore, initial offer should contain the offerors best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint.
