Description

VISN 3 Network Acquisition & Logistics has a requirement for contractor to furnish all necessary, labor, parts (except consumables), equipment, tools, materials, travel, etc. for complete on-site full service and preventive maintenance inspection on 26 Government owned Gambro Phoenix Dialysis Systems located at the Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System, 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018 in strict accordance with specifications, terms and conditions as described in solicitation 10N3-041-05, which can be downloaded from http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Period of performance shall be from January 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005 with four (1) year options to extend the term of the contract. NAICS 811219, Size Standard $6.0. Due date for receipt of quotations is December 17, 2004, 3:30 PM.
