Description

US GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION ADVERTISEMENT FOR SPACE IN ATLANTA, GEORGIA The U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in the Atlanta, Georgia area suitable for use by the United States Marshals Service. REQUIRED: Approximately 26,500 BOMA rentable square feet of space, 50 reserved parking spaces, and four loading docks with ramps. LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at 73 South Parkway, Building 600, Atlanta, Georgia, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government. The delineated area is as follows: Bound on the East by Jonesboro Road, Bound on the South by I-285, Bound on the West by Old Dixie and Bound on the North by Southside Industrial Parkway. Consideration of alternate locations would include all tenant improvement costs and all costs associated with physical relocation, as well as, cost to move data and telecommunications lines (estimated move cost is $6.19 per square foot). LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with five (5) years firm beginning on or about June 1, 2005 through May 31, 2015. OWNERS & AGENTS: Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection. Submissions must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on December 1, 2004.
