- The H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopter Program Office at Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, MD, intends to issue a Delivery Order against BOA N00019-03-G-0003 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CN, on a sole source basis for an ECP to modify the Engine Air Particle Separators (EAPS) Assembly on the H-53 helicopter. SAC is the original designer, sole developer, and manufacturer of the H-53. Data is proprietary and is currently not available to the Government. See numbered note 22.
