Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No W912BU-05-T-0028 for Trash and Garbage Removal Services at Blue Marsh Lake, 1268 Palisades Drive, Leesport, Pennsylvania 19533. The co ntractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials to perform trash and garbage removal services year round at the Administration Office and Park Area. The contract will have a period of performance for the base year from 01 January 2005 through 3 1 December 2005 and will contain 4 additional 1-year option periods. Award will be made to lowest responsible offeror The RFQ will be available on or about November 29, 2004. Contractors must register on the Internet and download RFQ package and all a mendments from the following address https://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil on or after the issue date of the RFQ. If any contractor information changes during the advertisement period, contractors are responsible to make changes to their user profile on the Int ernet. Failure to make changes in their user profile may cause a delay in receiving notice of the RFQ or any amendments. RFQ documents will be furnished only on the website; hard copies will not be available. Offers will be due on 14 December 2004 at 4: 00 p.m. eastern time and may be faxed to 215-656-6798. Quotes should include pricing and certifications and representations. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the RFQ. This procurement is unrestricted. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 562111 with a size standard of $10.5 Million or 500 employees. No other notification to firms will be made for this project. All Contractors must be registered in the DoDs Central Contractor Registration bef ore reward as required by DFARS 204.7300 and must be in compliance with VETS 100 reporting requirement. Instructions will be included in the RFQ.
