Description

JThe purpose of this amendment is as follows: Delete: This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Delete: Numbered Note 1. Change from: This is a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement for a min/max quantity of 350/1,550 each. Change to: This is a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement for a min/max quantity of 350/1,860 each. Change from: The government required output delivery schedule is 90 days after receipt of assets at a rate of 40 each per month. Change to: The government required delivery is 3 each for Product Verification Audit (PVA) 90 days after receipt of assets and 40 each per month thereafter until contract completion. Required delivery without PVA is 40 each 90 days after receipt of assets and 40 each per month thereafter until contract completion. Change from: By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Change to: Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Requests for solicitation will be by facsimile, e-mail or mail only.
