Description

Item: Engine, Diesel (New and Remanufactured) NSN 2815-01-423-0929, P/N 57K1539; NSN 2815-01-399-6801, P/N 57K1880; NSN 2815-01-470-3108, P/N 903-525P00S0. FOB: Destination. Procurement is restricted to Cummins Inc. (CAGE 15434). See Note 22. Five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity corpor ate contract to be used to purchase Cummins' commercial, proprietary products and services, specifically: 1) new or remanufactured Cummins' Series V903 diesel engines; 2) technical, engineering services and product support services. This acquisition will support the following vehicle systems: BFVS, MLRS, M9ACE and (Marine Corps) AAV. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
