Description

The Air Armament Center (AAC), 46 TW/TSS, is contemplating awarding a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement to Brown Marine Services, Inc., P.O. Box 1415, Pensacola FL, 32596, 850-457-2628, ATTN: Mr. Ted Brown, to purchase the following SWATH vessel as a target platform: The SWATH vessel is 154 feet in length and shall consist of a watertight hull. The contractor shall repair/modify the SWATH to make it seaworthy and environmentally safe. The contractor shall install or activate a four point anchor system, bilge pump system, ballast compartments/pumps, replace side fenders, provide boarding ladder, and install power source to pumps/navigation lights. This contract will have a four month Period of Performance after award. This contract will be a small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered Note 22.
