Description

Reference the previous Presolicitation Notice published on November 5, 2004 for the Screening Partnership Program. The purposes of this third amendment are to extend the due date for receipt of responses, provide an update on the publication of answers to questions submitted in response to the Presolicitation/Synopsis, and provide a new point of contact. Therefore, 1) The due date for receipt of responses has been extended to 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, December 3, 2004 in order to allow for sufficient time for the contractors to consider the answers to the questions. 2) TSA intends to publish the answers to questions shortly. 3) Heather Morvant replaces Sheila Roche as the primary Point of Contact.
