Description
DHS-FAMS has a requirement for flight cabin simulator relocation services for one, wide-bodied, and two narrow-bodied aircraft cabin simulator. The simulator relocation service is to include: disassembly, removal, transport,reassembly and installation of the three simulators at two DHS-FAMS facilities. To that end, the DHS-FAMS intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Simluation Services International, Inc. of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). The estimated date of award is on or about December 7, 2004.
