- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has a requirement for some additional Ship Self Defense System components in FY 2005. The requirement includes one (1) Mod 1A Tactical Multi LAU Cabinet (MLC) for CVN-75, one (1) Test Bed for Wallops Island, one (1) Commercial Multi LAU Cabinet (CMLC) hardware set of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Technology Refresh ?A? Configuration, four (4) ASTABS with three (3) ASTAB Controllers and one (1) Mod 3A Tactical Multi LAU Cabinet (MLC) for LHA(R). In addition to the above, the contractor will provide ship system test, integration and associated data. As the sole designer and manufacturer of SSDS MK 2 technology, this requirement will be issued on a sole source basis to Raytheon Company, Integrated Defense Systems, 8680 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA. See Numbered Note 22.
