Description

Operational Contracting, United States Air Force Academy, intends to award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Spacesaver Concepts, Inc., for the planning, dismantling, moving and reinstallation of Spavesaver brand shelving and associated parts to four new and separate locations at the United States Air Force Academy Hospital complex. The service to be acquired will include surveying, designing, planning, dismantling, moving and reinstalling mobile shelving and associated parts to include track, bumpers, etc. to new locations within the United States Air Force Academy Hospital complex. The service shall also include supplying additional parts and /or components as necessary to insure complete and usable shelving systems. The services and supplies are available from only one responsible source. No other type of service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competive proposals. If a response is not received by 29 November 2004, 1300 hours, Mountain Time Zone, to the effect that comparable services/supplies are available that would be more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these services and supplies through a sole source procurement with Spacesavers Concepts, Inc. a sole source award will be made.
