Description

This Small Business Set-Aside Competitive Solicitation is for a Basic Contract quantity of: 15,000 packages of 10 each, NOUN: Flat Spring, NSN: 5360-01-204-4350, P/N: 9346452; 20,000 each, NOUN: Spring, Helical, NSN: 5360-01-206-0934, P/N: 9346420; a nd 23,000 each, NOUN: Spring, Helical, NSN: 5360-01-204-4369, P/N: 9346457, spare parts for the M9 Pistol and will include a 100 % option on each item. Estimated issue date is 08 December 2004. Material requirements, specifications and measurements will be provided via the solicitation, which will incorporate a Technical Data Package (TDP). The TDP will be viewed with the solicitation via the internet. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued el ectronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in th e rejection of same.
