Description: The purpose of this Personal Services Contract (PSC) is to hire a Senior Program Manager for a two year period to manage both the International Technical Services Support (ITSS) Program and the Professional Development Program . This USPSC will design and implement, in coordination with EGAT technical offices, state of the art training courses aimed at increasing overall skill levels and serve as the Cognizant Technical Officer (CTO) for the ITSS Program and manage its activities.
