Description
THIS MODIFICATION IS BEING POSTED TO ALTER THE SIZE OF THE REQUIREMENT AND EXTEND THE DUE DATE FOR RECEIPT OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST. The United States Government is expressing interest in locating Class A office space in Southwest suburbs of Chicago, IL bounded by the following delineated area: NORTH: 87th Street; SOUTH: 111th Street; EAST: S. Ashland/S. Beverly Avenue; WEST: S. Cicero Avenue. Plus the Ford City business district The purpose of this advertisement is to seek information from property owners willing to provide approximately 2,070 square feet of rentable office space. Rentable space must yield between 1,800 to 1,980 square feet of occupiable space, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Reserved parking for two (2) Government vehicles must be available onsite. Extra parking must be available within a two (2) block radius. Targeted occupancy date is no later than February 2005. The space must be contiguous on 1 floor. Lease term desired is a 10 year / 5-year firm term. The space offered should provide a modern office environment, which meets the General Services Administration?s fire, life safety and handicapped accessibility standards. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent building ownership.
