- GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA) of The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 14,969 BOMA usable square feet / 17,215 rentable square feet of office space for occupancy by the Social Security Administration for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence in the year 2005. Five reserved parking spaces on-site and a minimum of 75 spaces for employees and the public are required within two blocks. Handicapped parking must be available on the same block. The delineated area boundaries are as follows: North Temple to 900 South, 700 East to 400 West. Space is to be contiguous and at street level, with public transportation available within two blocks. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. All space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
