Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP), is soliciting quotations for the purchase of fifteen (15) pad mount transformers in various ratings. The transformers are to be delivered to SCIP, 13805 North Arizona Boulevard, Coolidge, Arizona 85228. Coolidge is located in Pinal County in south central Arizona. Partial shipments are acceptable, please give estimated ship date(s). Please note, SCIP reserves the right to evaluate the quotes on delivery time. To obtain the Request for Quotation/Specification, submit your request in writing by fax or U.S. Mail. The fax number is: (520) 723-9044. The mailing address is: Bureau of Indian Affairs, San Carlos Irrigation Project, 13805 North Arizona Boulevard, Coolidge, Arizona 85228. All quotations must be received by the close of business, Friday, December 3, 2004 at 4:30 P.M. ( Mountain Standard Time). Prospective vendors must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) web site at www.ccr.gov prior to the award of a contract. Lack of registration in the CCR database may make a vendor ineligible for award.
