Description

This synopsis is for the requirement to provide multimedia services at Lackland AFB. This is a competitive best value acquisition utilizing simplified procedures authorized by FAR 13.5, "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items." Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this requirement has been set aside for the 8(a) Program. Only offers received from 8(a) firms will be accepted. The period of performance is 01 Feb 2005 through 30 Sep 2005, with three (3) one (1) year option periods. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all personnel, material, and other items necessary to produce multimedia products and services. A site visit has been tentataively scheduled for Tuesday, 07 Dec 2004, 10:30 a.m to 12 noon (CST). Solicitation will be available at www.eps.gov on or about 30 Nov 2004. No telephone requests will be accepted.
