- Madigan Army Medical Center intends to establish an award to Beckman Coulter Inc. under FAR Part 13 to provide OEM maintenance and repair services for various Beckman Coulter medical equipment systems. The award will be for the period of 1 Dec 04 th rough 30 Sep 05 for a total estimated value of $26,650. This notice is not a request for quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the G overnment. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
