Description

Sources are sought for provision of Architect/Engineer services for preparation of schematics, design development, construction documents, construction costs estimates and construction period services to complete Project 573A4-05-103, Replace AC-52 at the VA Medical Center, Lake City, Florida. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Estimated construction cost – $500,000-$1,000,000. NAICS Code – 541310. This acquisition is limited to firms located within a 200 miles radius, as defined by the Rand McNally Standard Highway Mileage Guide. All firms must submit a completed form SF330 to the attention of the Contract Officer no later than December 30, 2004. No material will be issued and no solicitation packages or bidder/plan holder list will be issued. This project is Subject to Availability of Funds. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-NOV-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
