- NAICS Code: 721110 This is a combined synopsis/request for quotes (RFQs) for hotel conference services prepared in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation . RFQs are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PR-DC-05-00030 and is issued as a RFQ. The government will award to those offer who provide the best value based on the ability to offer the government per diem rates or lower and ability to meet the objectives of the narrative. This conference is scheduled to be located in Charleston, SC or Savannah, GA for one of the following weeks: June 5-9, June 12-16, June 19-23, and preferred week of June 26-30. The hotel shall make available a total of 700 roooms over 5 nights. This is 680 regular rooms, with an additional 20 rooms meeting ADA requirements. A hospitality suite and network space shall be available for use during the week of the conference. Ball room requirements are as follows: ability to 200 people, with the ability to setup classroom style and theatre style, and town hall style. 11 function rooms shall be available to host 7 breakout meetings with capacity for 40 participants and AV equipment. One 1 poster room with central location and secured control and 1 secure storage, staging and distrubution room for training material. Hotels shall provide a list of audio/video equipment available for rent. The hotel shall provide menu list for providing food and beverages during the morning and afternoon.
