Description

99-The NAVAIR-Orlando Training Systems Division has a requirement for Virtual Ship (VSHIP) 2000 navagation software licenses. The software was developed under a prime contract with Nichols Advanced Marine of Washington, DC, in conjunction with Computer Science Corporation of Washington, DC. The following licenses for existing software are required: VSHIP 2000 IOS - Visual 4 (ea); Multigen Vega NT - Visual Runtime (including Vega NT runtime software and licenses; Vega NT Marine package software and Licenses; Vega NT Navigation aids, Signals, and Lights (NSL) software and licenses; and Vega NT Large Area Database Management (LADBM); 4 (ea); and MAK Technologies Higher Level Architecture (HLA) VR Link Runtime licenses, 15 (ea). After activation of the licenses, the existing hardware must be able to render 13 visual displays. Companies holding proprietary rights, or who supply this specifically named software, are invited to identify themselves to the contract specialist. All inquiries will be considered.
