Description: It is the intent of the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Huntsville, AL 35807, to negotiate on a sole source basis an add-on requirement with Alliant Techsystems, Incorporated, P.O. Box 98, Magna, UT 84044. The proposed acquisition is d irected to Alliant Techsystems pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The add-on will be issued to increase the current contract hours in order to allow the contractor to continue performance of the current SOW. This acquisition is not open to Allied participation.
