You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-CH-A, Darlene Thomas, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-876-7735. NO TELEPHON E REQUES T WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX462521AX, NSN: 1730-01-299-8688, PN: 1730CHSE001-2, Quantity: 74 each for the Base Year plus two 100% option years, applicable to the CH-47. F.O.B. Destination delivery to Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery i s 74 each 186 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article and 74 each, 124 DA CA without First Article. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The government has rights to the tech nical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineeri ng, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; howeve r, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. law, par ticipation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
