Description

The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment and material overhaul of the Pilot Assist Hydraulic Module (UH-60 Airframe) Input NSN: 1560-01-106-1905, Output P/N: 70652-02620-046 Output NSN: 1560-01-106-1905, Output P/N: 70652-02620-046 The proposed contractual action will be for a five year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 50 and a maximum quantity of 420 that includes a 20% Foreign Military Sales (FMS) of 70 each. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside requirement to be accomplished in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1560-293 dated 9 Oct 02, and the applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule is 10 per month. Inp ut will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be 90 days ARO. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation w ill be accepted. Requests for solicitation will be data faxed or by mail ONLY. PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, NO DATAFAX OR EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You may data fax your request to AMSAM-AC-LM-M, Attn: Amy Greer, Contract Specialist (256) 31 3-8194 or mail to, US Army Aviation and Missile Command, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-M, Amy Greer, Bldg 5303, M&O, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. Th e closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. See Note 1 and 26.
